35 Weeks – Baby Honeydew

Your baby, now as hefty as a honeydew melon at 5 1/4 pounds, doesn’t have much room to maneuver in your belly. (Length: more than 18 inches, head
to heel.)

Your baby doesn’t have much room to maneuver now that he’s over 18 inches long and tips the scales at 5 1/4 pounds (pick up a honeydew melon). Because it’s so snug in your womb, he isn’t likely to be doing somersaults anymore, but the number of times he kicks should remain about the same. His kidneys are fully developed now, and his liver can process some waste products. Most of his basic physical development is now complete — he’ll spend the next few weeks putting on weight.

Milestones Ummm… I don’t know :)
I know the belly pic is tiny. I accidentally resized it too small, and now I’m too lazy to go back and upload it and resize it all over again. Ah, well. Oh, also, I am headless because I looked awful and decided to spare my dear readers the horror that was my hair that morning.

  1. you have that classical, beautiful, pregnant shape. but you should think about letting your DH take your belly pics. they are a little disconcerting without your head… :-)

@Confessions thank you! You are too sweet. Good thing you can't see my thighs very well in that picture, or you'd be singing a different tune! ;)And thanks on the name.. Nellie was my late grandmother's name, and Rose is my husband's grandmother's maiden name. Thanks for stopping by, I'm headed over to your blog now!
